Friday Night The Supervisor threw an incredible show at Starlight Square in Cambridge. Hip-hop was in the building with guests such as Relentless, The Dunnas, King Author, Don Def and ofcourse The Doppelgangaz headlining. It was an epic show at a great venue in Cambridge. Above is the show I didn’t film all of it but I tried to highlight every performer. The Supervisor and Jack The Rapper connect again for their last ride on Cortez 3: The Final Chapter. This has been a great series of albums by the 2 Boston MC’s and this may be their best yet, including production from the incredible Doppelgangaz on 3 joints and Dro providing the rest, production wise this album is tight. The Supervisor and Jack The Rapper prove their lyrical range once again, and bring upon frequent collaborators Don Def among others to crush it along side them. Check this album out give it a listen, better yet give it a buy and support underground hiphop. The Dunnas are back! Oak Lonetree and Dese together again this time with a nasty joint produced by Chef Bogey. I really love this joint Dese had me dying these guys work so well together it’s a beautiful thing. Show em some love!

German producer Whatson recruits long time collaborator and Boston legend M-Dot, Queens street capo Nutso and one of the biggest artists in the game right now, La Maquina himself, Conway the Machine (Shady Records/Griselda). On “Neck Tie” the three emcees trade barbaric lyricism over gritty production suited for the post-mortem mutilation the song title refers to. Hiphopheads Podcast alumni The Supervisor is back this time a Collab with our friend Chairman Chow providing the beats. This is a concept album about the Methadone Mile in Boston and is just crazy. If you purchase the album every dollar gets donated to the Pine Street Inn (Boston Homeless Shelter) and to Boston’s homeless.
