Amy Winehouse was found dead at her home less than an hour ago, I assune drug related. I saw a video of her performing wasted on stage just a few days ago which apparently she had just gotten out of rehab again and was supposedly her come back show… Sadly the only thing that came back was drugs.

My apologies for not being very active on the site, my grandfather has been very sick and sadly he lost the hardest fight of his life Wednesday morning… My grandfather meant a lot to me and although I had not seen him since my grandmother died nearly a decade ago, he was still one of the most important men in my life. He was the coolest like anyone’s grandfather but the difference here is he was mine and he’ll be missed greatly. Seeing his big smile with his gold tooth shining, seeing him stick out his snake tongue to get a laugh, and even making me paper sailor hats as a child are memories I’ll keep forever. He was the biggest Mexican I’ve ever seen and had the biggest heart of anyone I know, I’m now bigger than my grandfather was, hopefully I’ll have half the heart he had. Viva La Gabriel Garcia!

She has been said to be an “honorary black person” and dropped classic albums on the Motown label as well as Epic and lets not forget her short stint at Cash Money Records. Word has hit the internet and the underground hip-hop community that famed MC Eyedea has died. So far word hasnt come out how the battle MC lost his life but his mother let his fans know about the passing today via his facebook page.

Eyedea was the same age as myself and we were actually only about a week apart. His birthday was early next month and sadly this talented man didnt live to see 29 but his music will live long past that. I recall the 1st time I got aqainted with Eyedea was when I watched him tear about Shellz on the Blaze Battle on HBO. Much love to Eyedea’s family, friends, and fans.
