Can You Spit?

image

I can throw a rock over my shoulder and hit a kid who thinks he can rap/rhyme. But the question is, are you as nice as you think you are? Or is your best friend since kindergarten just filling your head with delusions of having a successful music career? Do you need to drop the mic and grab a spatula? Chances are you do. But there is a chance you might have some skills and raw talent that people need to hear, but due to certain circumstances maybe you can’t just get out there the way you’d like. Maybe you already have a name and you just want show off your skills and spit a verse or a freestyle just to get heads talking about your next move?

Well here at TheCrypt we’re willing to see what you got literally. Are you really what the games been missing? If you think you can spit and live in the MA/RI area well come to you and personally see what you got to offer. Well film you or your team/crew in HD spittin your hottest verse/freestyle/song, whatever you can bring to the table and well put it up on our youtube page which has garnished hundreds of thousands of hits. Well do a short interview and take some photographs and then post up your info on our site and which will be seen to our visitors which are anyone from your average joe to some of the top underground rappers and producers in the game and well let them decide if you can actually spit.

If this sounds like something you want to get in on let us know in either the comments or emailing us via thecryptonline@gmail.com, give us some info, or some background on yourself and where you’re from and if we like what we see well contact you back. Like I said this is for people who live in MASS/RI but we’ll kindly take submissions from NH/CT/NY/ME/VT/NJ basically the new england/tri state area and if you really impress us well make an exception.

So get on the wire, tell your friend who thinks he can rap to hit us up.

Womens Rights Groups Love NECRO

Maybe in bizarro world they do but not here.. clearly. NECRO has recently come under attack from a certain Womens Rights Group looking to BAN! NECRO from playing the somg White Slavery/The Human Trafficking at his upcoming shows in WORCESTER, Mass on May 21/22. I guess somewhere along the road the womens right group forgot about a lil thing called the 1st amendment. Eh, it’s ok ladies.

via Womens Rights @ Change.org

Rapper Necro has come out with a song titled “Human Trafficking King is White Slavery II” that is graphically violent in its supposed awareness-raising about the trafficking of youth and women in our culture. On wikipedia: “‘White Slavery’ was about the white slave trade. I was telling a true story” says Necro.

The song and video can be heard on Necro’s myspace page, but honestly, we suggest that you do NOT watch the video. It is extremely violent, graphic and disturbing.

Here are some of the song’s lyrics:

“Woman need to be loved, injected with needles and drugs

subjected to torture and kidnapped they need to succumb

it’s proven, I feed em dog food, they prefer human

make ’em savagely beat each other bloody for my amusement

It’s all fun and games, I keep ’em handcuffed in chains

sexually make ’em do the most disgusting things

starve ’em to cannibals, make ’em eat each others brains

changed and deranged, stores begin to seem like nothings strange

while retarded acquaintances get fist fucked and raped

covered in lighter fluid, lit up and ingulfed in flames

sound proof walls guarantee to muffle your screams

squirm on a shit stained mattres in a puddle of pee”

Necro is scheduled to play at The Palladium in Worcester, MA on May 21-22. We are asking supporters to sign this petition to send to The Palladium asking that Necro be prohibited from performing this song, which we feel does not raise awareness about sex trafficking, but rather glorifies it.

Thank you!

Please prohibit Necro from playing “Human Trafficking King is White Slavery II” May 21-22

Dear Ms. Migliozzi

It has been brought to our attention that Rapper Necro will be performing at The Palladium on May 21-22. We ask that you prohibit Necro from performing his song titled “Human Trafficking King is White Slavery II.”

On Wikipedia, Necro is quoted saying: “‘White Slavery’ was about the white slave trade. I was telling a true story.” However, we strongly feel that the story Necro is telling does nothing to raise awareness about sex trafficking and its horrors, but rather glorifies and promotes it.

‘White Slavery’ includes disturbing lyrics such as:

“Woman need to be loved, injected with needles and drugs subjected to torture and kidnapped they need to succumb, it’s proven, I feed em dog food, they prefer human, make ’em savagely beat each other bloody for my amusement”

There is an estimated 200,000 American girls at risk of sex trafficking in the United States every year. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children estimates that the average age of entry into prostitution in the US is ages 11-14. The trafficking of youth and young women in our country is a brutal reality that should not be glorified or made light of. The recent trafficking charge against the pimp who sold a 16 year-old to Lawrence Taylor is a prime example of this.

While Necro is protected under Free Speech for writing this song, we ask that you prohibit Necro from performing “White Slavery” or any other song that glorifies violence against women, in their performance this May. We also urge you to become a corporate leader by prohibiting glorification of violence against women in all performances at your venue.

Thank you for your time and consideration into this matter.
