It’s been one year since the death of Camu Tao aka Tero Smith and he’s been missed to say the least, oddly his death anniversary convieniantly falls on memorial day so while your remembering lives lost in battle or other situations take a look back and remember all te good music he blessed us with which unlike our human form will last many lifetimes over and over for people to remember. you have no clue how this shit effects me. me and these cats go way back like 93 man. At the Groove Shack record store. i have so many stories from just being around Moose(Camu). the shit we used to do. i would see him and Copy make GEMS with Gemini 30sec dj samplers. im sayin. video footage from the open mics that would be played on Columbus Public Access channel. he was one of the few that showed me how to do beats. cat was ahead of his time. truly. He fought a long hard battle. i can say that his passing was peaceful. i will miss him.no shame for this plug:
