Everlast has been a bit below radar lately I mean don't get me wrong he got the La Coka Nostra team but his solo shits been quiet. Well for the kats that been waiting here's his new Joint called Letters Home From the Garden of Stone. This track is dope from all angles in my opinion. Everlast does what he does best and thats do shit different. This is like ballad with a gully hiphop beat, The beat bangs hard (no homo) its got some middle eastern loop at the start and goes inbetween a helicoptor noise and then to brutal keyboard loop. Everlast doesnt necessarily "rap" on the track but sings the lyrics are pretty deep coming from the perspective of a soldier in Iraq confused by everything thats around. Me being an Army vet i'm really diggin this shit and will definitly be linking this to my friends that are out there right now. Well enough bullshit peep it.
