Apathy clears the air on what really went down with Chief Kamachi, who recently called him a “girl” in an interview with HipHopGame and accused him of being fake. (Click here to read Apathy's interview.)

This may seem long, but this is the only time this issue is going to be addressed by me at all, in any form. No responses after this, no diss records... this is it.
Recently it was called to my attention that Chief Kamachi, of AOTP, had some negative things to say about me in an interview.
I was real shocked to hear this, considering that I barely know this person at all. I have met Chief Kamachi face to face only twice in my life (both times at least 3 years ago), and never even had a single conversation on the phone with the guy. Chief Kamachi is only a name I know, because I share space with him on the AOTP projects. I had absolutely no ill will toward him or any problems with him, whatsoever. I currently have no beef or emotions about it either. I view this as a publicity stunt or a cry for attention and I will explain why.
A.O.T.P. is a super group that Vinnie Paz invited me in to. I view it as a business move, and mostly for the fans. A.O.T.P. is a side project that I have mad love for, but like I said... it's a side project. That's no disrespect to Vinnie... everyone knows that my main crew is Demigodz, and Vinnie has always known that. Demigodz are like my brothers, who I talk to or chill with every day. These dudes are literally like family to me. Demigodz are my family. Bottom line.
When I joined A.O.T.P., the people I knew personally in the group where Vinnie, Celph Titled, and Esoteric. Everyone else I was just hearing about for the first time or just meeting. I've definitely made connections and friendships with some of the artists like Outerspace, Reef, King Syze, Des Devious, and King Magnetic. Mag I haven't even met in person yet...we just built through e-mail. I have yet to meet Doap Nixon and Demoz face to face. That's not a negative or a bad thing... we just haven't chilled yet. Chief Kamachi is a person, like I said previously, I have only met on two occasions. I know nothing about him and he doesn't know the first thing about me on any level. This is a business. Music business.
Here's the thing that shocked me the MOST about all of this. I was searching through old AOTP e-mails to find out what this guy’s problem might be and I found an e-mail from Vinnie to everyone in AOTP. Now you gotta understand, I get so much e-mail, it's damn near impossible to keep up with. So once I read something, I keep it movin'. But Gmail bunches together emails and responses, so I missed THIS.
JUST 5 MONTHS AGO Chief Kamachi sent me the TWO following e-mails.

So who's being "phony" now?
I missed both of these emails. They got buried and I never got a chance to hit him back. I'm assuming this is why Chief Kamachi has issues with me.
That's why he said... "If I hit you up about something, just hit me back. If you don't fuck with me, just tell me you don't fuck with me." Well...Kamachi, I never knew you hit me up in the first place. And I don't even know you enough for you to be mad at me about it.
Chief Kamachi said in the interview that I sent him some beats, he said they were "wack", and I said "fucking Mach, don't know what the fuck he's talkin about".
Absolutely false. Complete bullshit. I've never once sent a beat to Chief Kamachi. I've sent a few beats to Vinnie, a beat to Outerspace, a beat to Mag, Doap Nixon and I'm currently workin' with King Syze on his new shit. And if he criticized one of the beats I sent to those people, I never ever heard about it. There was NEVER a response in any of the e-mails from Chief Kamachi with that criticism.
So who's being "phony" now?
You're calling me a phony ass dude? When you say "Ap good to see you in the mix, lets murder these fuckers", then the next thing you do is GO ON A WEBSITE and do TWO interviews, AND a diss song before even having a discussion with anybody?
I don't know what school of "realness" you went to...but that sounds like some phony ass shit to me.
Kamachi also talked about not being on tours, and his problems with Vinnie and or AOTP. In my personal opinion, if you have business issues it should be handled like business. Not like gossip on the internet.
Vinnie gave us all an opportunity, and exposed us to fan bases that we NEVER would have had. If Vinnie does that for you, and you still stand there with your hand out, lookin’ for more... there's something wrong. I don't talk to Vinnie every day. The truth is... we barely talk TWICE A YEAR. But I don't ask for shit, and I don't expect shit. Vinnie's my good friend and an artist I respect, and I appreciate any little thing he does for me. As a man, it's my responsibility to take the opportunities I was given, and make something happen with them. Not wait for someone else to make my path.
If you had all these issues with Vinnie, and everyone else, why couldn't you e-mail anyone? Or deal with it like that? You had to go on HipHopGame.com and make a big story about it? And you say I'M a cry baby? You say I act like a girl?
All that shit about "Hood, hood, hood... street, street, street". I get it... but this is MUSIC business. Not hood shit. Not street shit. There is definitely a difference.
He said he wouldn't hang out with these dudes if it wasn't for music? NO SHIT. This is exactly the point. This is rap! Not personal. This is grown men doing business and doing it professionally. Acting like mature grown men is important. If there are issues, call somebody. E-mail somebody. Simple as that. Communicate.
I have my close personal friends, my brothers, and my crew. They know my character, and what type of person I am. Any "acquaintance" outside that circle who tries to judge, doesn't matter to me.
Man... I have so much shit going on in my personal life and in my career that I have absolutely no time to invest in this bullshit.
There will be no diss records, or any more statements or responses from me on this subject. No matter what.
Since Chief Kamachi brought me in to this situation, I'm also going to use this time to promote...and talk about my upcoming projects in 2009.
