BBQ man, while you still can. I BBQ anything I can, I love it, way healthier than frying shit too. A quick and easy meal I make is, take two chicken breasts, cut them into strips, put them in a frying pan with olive oil, then add as many vegetables as you have, like peppers, onions, celery, anything, then add Cajun spice and fry it up. I do it on my side burner of the BBQ in the summer so my house doesnt burn your nose with cajun smell.

soak chicken in pineapple juice, slice shit up to fork sized portions, use a sautee pan add a little honey and douse in bbq.  Add a favorite rice and voila banging dinner meals.

fuck this thread made me hungry. now i will go walk to the nearest Mexican spot.. marinated chicken burrito with rice and beans and guacamole and sour cream and salsa and hot  sauce.. bada bing? bada BOOM.

Crown chicken is pure death, it tastes good but it will murder you, nothing healthy there, and don't you ever insult the colonels delicious chicken again(no homo).
